By accessing and using FrontVoice.ai services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

FrontVoice.ai provides an AI-powered receptionist service specifically designed for field service businesses. Our service includes:

  • Automated phone call answering and handling
  • Lead qualification and information capture
  • Call recording and transcription services
  • Email and SMS notification delivery (see Section 7 for SMS terms)
  • Call analytics and reporting

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring your contact information remains current

5. Service Usage and Limitations

Our AI service is designed to handle typical field service customer inquiries. However, you acknowledge that:

  • AI responses may not be perfect and are not guaranteed to be error-free
  • Complex or unusual inquiries may not be handled optimally
  • Emergency services should not rely solely on our AI system
  • You remain responsible for all business decisions and customer relationships

6. Call Recording and Data Handling

By using our service, you consent to the recording and processing of phone calls for service delivery purposes. You are responsible for:

  • Complying with all applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction
  • Obtaining necessary consent from callers where required by law
  • Ensuring your use of recorded data complies with privacy regulations

7. SMS Communications

7.1 For Business Owners

By creating an account and opting in during registration, you consent to receive SMS notifications related to service activity, such as call summaries, account updates, and alerts. You may adjust your SMS preferences at any time in your account settings or by contacting customer support.

7.2 For Callers to Businesses

If you call a business using FrontVoice.ai, you may be informed during the call that booking details, reminders, directions, or other service-related information can be sent to your phone number via SMS. By requesting such information, confirming an appointment, or providing your phone number, you consent to receive related SMS communications.

7.3 Opt-Out

Recipients of SMS messages may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS received or by contacting us or the business directly.

7.4 Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.

7.5 Use of Numbers

Phone numbers are used only for service-related communications, not for marketing without additional consent.

8. Billing and Payment Terms

Our service is billed monthly at $129 per month. Payment terms include:

  • 14-day free trial for new customers
  • Automatic monthly billing on your subscription date
  • Payment due immediately upon billing
  • Service suspension for non-payment after 7 days past due
  • Account termination for non-payment after 30 days past due

9. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation terms:

  • Cancel anytime through your account dashboard
  • Service continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months unless required by law
  • Free trial cancellations result in no charges

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our service for:

  • Illegal activities or purposes
  • Harassment, abuse, or spam communications
  • Impersonating others or providing false information
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our technology
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

11. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milvi OU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Milvi OU harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or service announcements. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
